Frequently asked questions before writing

How do I create a pool?
Sign in, go to "My pools" and tap "Create pool". In under a minute you have a pool ready to receive predictions. Details in How to play.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot my password" link on the login screen. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to create a new password within minutes.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancellation is done directly in the app or website, under My account → Subscription → Cancel, with no need to contact us. You keep the Premium benefits until the end of the cycle already paid.
Do you have an app for iPhone?
Today the official app is available for Android (Google Play). For iPhone, we recommend using the website in Safari — it works as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can be added to the home screen.
