Terms of Use

Bolão Elite is a football pool platform with a free plan and a Premium plan, designed for friendly contests among friends, family and groups. The service lets registered users create and take part in pools, make predictions on football matches and follow rankings in real time.

Bolão Elite is not a financial betting platform. There is no involvement of real money or paid bets. Participation is 100% free and the result depends exclusively on the user's skill in predicting match results.

In official prize pools by Bolão Elite (selected competitions such as the 2026 World Cup, Brasileirão Série A, Libertadores and Sudamericana), the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places may receive a Pix prize in the promotional contest format (Brazilian Law 5,768/71 and Decree 70,951/72), with free participation. By accessing or using Bolão Elite — whether by creating an account, taking part in a pool or simply browsing the platform — you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you not use the platform.

To use Bolão Elite, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have full legal capacity, as per Brazilian law;
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information at registration;
• Not be prevented from using the service by a judicial or legal order.

To take part in pools, you need to create an account with a valid e-mail address. You can also authenticate via Google.

When creating your account, you commit to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information;
• Keep your access data (e-mail and password) confidential;
• Immediately notify Bolão Elite if you suspect unauthorized use of your account;
• Be solely responsible for all activities carried out with your account.

Accounts with false information or that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

The platform works based on predictions about the score of football matches. Points are awarded according to the scoring rules chosen by the creator of each pool at creation time.

Bolão Elite uses match result data provided by external sources. Although we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we are not responsible for any delays, inaccuracies or unavailability in match data.

Predictions are locked automatically according to the lead time configured by the pool admin before the start of each match.

Bolão Elite offers a free plan with access to the essential features, including participation in public pools and creation of private pools within the limits set by the platform.

The Premium plan is a paid subscription that removes the restrictions of the free plan, allowing the creation of unlimited private pools, participation in as many pools as you wish and early access to new features. The price and conditions of the subscription are shown on the platform's plans page and may be changed with prior notice.

The platform does not broker, facilitate or encourage betting with real money between participants. Any arrangement among users involving money, physical prizes or any other form of material reward occurs exclusively between the participants, without any participation, responsibility or knowledge of Bolão Elite.

Official pools with cash prizes (PIX payouts) on this platform are exclusive to Brazilian residents with an active CPF, due to Brazilian PIX regulations and IRRF fiscal requirements. International participants may compete, appear in public rankings and receive alternative rewards (free Premium subscription, badges) at the platform's discretion. The user commits to use Bolão Elite in an ethical and legal way, it being expressly forbidden to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• Publish offensive, defamatory, racist or prejudiced content;
• Try to access third-party accounts without authorization;
• Use scripts, bots or any automation to manipulate predictions or rankings;
• Reproduce, redistribute or sell the platform content without authorization;
• Carry out any act that compromises the integrity, security or operation of the platform.

All elements of the Bolão Elite platform — including name, logo, source code, layout, texts, graphics and features — are the exclusive property of Bolão Elite or its licensors, and are protected by the intellectual property law in force in Brazil.

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform exclusively for personal and recreational purposes.

Bolão Elite collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Creating and managing your account;
• The operation of pools and predictions;
• Sending notifications and emails related to the service;
• Continuous improvement of the platform.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. You may request the deletion of your data at any time through the account settings or the platform's support channel.

Bolão Elite is provided "as is", with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or delayed results from external data sources;
• Losses or damages arising from the use or the inability to use the platform;
• Financial arrangements made between users outside the platform;
• Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or external factors.

Bolão Elite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

The user may request the permanent deletion of their account at any time in the platform settings. After deletion, the data will be removed in accordance with the LGPD guidelines.

Bolão Elite may update these Terms of Use at any time. In case of relevant changes, users will be notified by the registered email or by a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be submitted to the competent court district in Brazil, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
