Regulations of the Prize Pools

The official prize pools of Bolão Elite constitute a sports-related promotional contest, governed by Brazilian Law 5,768/71 and Decree 70,951/72, with 100% free participation and a result based exclusively on skill (skill-based), and do not constitute a game of chance or betting.

Users who simultaneously meet the following may take part in the prize pools:

• Have an active registration on the Bolão Elite app or website;
• Be over 18 years old;
• Be a Brazilian resident with an active CPF (required for cash prize payouts);
• Have a valid Pix key as per item 6 of these regulations;
• Keep their profile with a valid e-mail, used as the official communication channel;
• Be in compliance with the platform's Terms of Use.

Currently, 4 competitions have official pools with a Pix prize:

• FIFA World Cup 2026
• Brazilian Championship Série A 2026
• CONMEBOL Libertadores 2026
• CONMEBOL Sudamericana 2026

At any time, Bolão Elite may add or remove competitions from this list, with prior notice in the app itself.

Bolão Elite sets the amount of each prize and discloses them publicly in 2 places:

• Featured announcement of the competition in the app;
• Page of the corresponding official pool.

The amounts in effect are those disclosed at the time the official pool is created. Any change is communicated in advance. The prize always covers 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

The final standings follow, in this strict order:

1. Total points;
2. Number of exact scores;
3. Number of correct winners;
4. Smaller aggregate goal difference (sum of |prediction − result| across all matches);
5. Ascending alphabetical order by username;
6. Date of joining the pool (the participant who registered first wins).

• Method: exclusively via Pix;
• Valid Pix key: the key provided by the winner must correspond to the e-mail or tax ID (CPF) registered in the app. If the Pix key is different from both, Bolão Elite reserves the right not to make the payment;
• Deadline: the payment is made within 30 calendar days after the official end of the competition;
• Bolão Elite may get in touch via the registered e-mail to confirm data or clarify questions before the payment;
• The contact must be answered within 15 calendar days; once this period has passed with no reply, Bolão Elite is released from making the payment.

Under the terms of art. 63 of Brazilian Law 8,981/95, cash prizes from promotional contests are subject to a withholding of Income Tax (IRRF) of 30% when the individual amount is equal to or greater than R$ 1,903.98. In these cases, Bolão Elite carries out the withholding and the tax collection, passing the net amount on to the winner.

The data needed for the payment (tax ID, Pix key) is processed in accordance with Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD), used exclusively to fulfill the prize and tax obligations, and deleted after the legal accounting retention period. More details in the Terms of Use.

• Bolão Elite reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the Terms of Use or show signs of fraud (multiple accounts, manipulation, use of bots, etc.);
• Employees and service providers of Bolão Elite and their spouses may not take part in the official prize pools;
• These regulations may be updated at any time, with disclosure through the official channels of the app;
• Questions or complaints can be sent through the "Report a Bug or Contact Us" feature in the app's Profile.
